We provide professional remodeling and construction services, including but not limited to:
General Contractor
Commercial Construction
Interior Designing
Bathroom Remodeling
Basement Renovations
Kitchen Remodeling
Concrete Contractors
Services are subject to availability and specific agreements between the Client and Cruzz Construction.
4. Estimates and Quotations
All estimates provided by Cruzz Construction are based on the available project details at the time of assessment.
Estimates are non-binding and may be subject to change based on material costs, labor, and unforeseen circumstances.
A final contract will be issued upon mutual agreement between the Client and Cruzz Construction before the commencement of work.
5. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before starting work.
Payments must be made according to the contract terms, and any late payments may incur interest charges.
Cruzz Construction reserves the right to suspend work if payments are delayed beyond agreed-upon terms.
All transactions are required to be completed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
6. Project Timeline and Delays
Estimated project timelines are provided for reference and are subject to change due to weather conditions, permit approvals, material shortages, and unforeseen site conditions.
Clients will be informed promptly of any delays.
Cruzz Construction is not liable for delays caused by third parties, including suppliers, subcontractors, or government authorities.
7. Warranties and Liability

Cruzz Construction is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or neglect by the Client.

9. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate project details and site access.
Ensure all personal belongings and valuables are removed from the work area to prevent damage.
Adhere to agreed payment schedules and contractual obligations.
Communicate any concerns or changes promptly to avoid project delays.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel a project before work begins, subject to administrative fees.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project and material procurement.
If Cruzz Construction cancels the contract due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued based on work completed.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:
Breach of contract by the Client.
Non-payment of invoices.
Verbal or physical abuse towards our staff.
Any illegal or unsafe activity on the Client’s property.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Cruzz Construction.
Clients may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials from our website or marketing materials without written permission.
13. Confidentiality
Any personal or business information shared by Clients will be kept confidential and used solely for project-related purposes.
We comply with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) regarding data protection and privacy.
14. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes may be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Ontario’s Arbitration Act.
Legal proceedings, if required, shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
15. Force Majeure
Cruzz Construction is not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions.
16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Clients will be notified of significant changes through email or website updates.
