Free & No Obligation: All estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed with our services.
All construction and renovation work performed by Cruzz Construction is governed by a written service agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement of any work.

Overdue payments are subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) from the date the payment was due.
The scope of work is defined in the written service agreement. The following applies to any changes after work has commenced:
Where required by the City of Hamilton, the Ontario Building Code, or any applicable municipal regulation, Cruzz Construction will obtain the necessary building permits on behalf of the client. Permit fees are passed through to the client at cost. All work is performed in compliance with the Ontario Building Code and applicable City of Hamilton bylaws. The client is responsible for ensuring that any work on strata or condominium properties has received the required approvals from the relevant corporation.
Cruzz Construction warrants all workmanship against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion and final payment.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover:
Materials used in our projects are subject to the manufacturers’ warranties, which we will facilitate on your behalf where applicable. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@cruzzconstruction.com within the warranty period.
Commercial General Liability
$1M–$2M coverage on all residential and commercial projects.
WSIB Coverage
Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverage for all employees and contractors on every job site.
Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Please contact us at info@cruzzconstruction.com to request a copy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cruzz Construction’s total liability to any client arising from or related to any project — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the applicable project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to a project or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to a mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties. Only if mediation fails will either party pursue formal legal proceedings.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamilton, Ontario.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
